Meet Claudia Alzate

I came to the United States from Colombia 28 years ago. For the last 16 years, Raleigh has been my home. I raised my family here, remodeled homes here, and built my career. So when I tell a client a street is worth the price, it is because I have watched that street change for a decade and a half.

Before real estate, I worked in high-level corporate banking. It taught me to read a contract line by line, treat every purchase as an investment, and never let emotion set the price. After banking came years of property remodeling and interior design. That work taught me what quality construction looks like behind the drywall, which upgrades return their cost at resale, and which ones never do.

Since 2021, I have combined both careers in luxury real estate with Century 21 Triangle Group. My clients get a banker’s eye on investment potential and a remodeler’s eye on the property itself. I have walked away from houses other agents were ready to close on, because I saw a structural problem the listing photos hid. That’s why I advise on value optimization and architectural integrity first.
